Congregation Shuvah Yisrael

Our name Shuvah Yisrael captures both the purpose and essence of this congregation. It comes from the Hebrew Scriptures (Hosea 14:2) and it means “Return Israel!” It is both an invitation and a command from God to His people, encouraging them to return to covenant faithfulness – to love and worship Him, and to exhibit care and concern and support for each other and also to a world that desperately needs God's love.
