The divine appointments of the LORD with His beloved.

Scripture says that G-d created the sun, the moon, and the stars as a pattern for marking time: days, weeks, months, and years.  He has also declared some days to be special above others.  These special days are called the מוּאדם [moedim].

What are these days?  When are they?  Where are they described in Scripture?  What are they for?  Who are they for?

The Moedim section provides answers to these questions.

If you are beloved of G-d, then these times are for you!

The moedim: the appointed times of G-d. The Most High has set apart precious times to meet with His beloved.

Yeshua, the Messiah of Israel, came and gave us a full understanding of the springtime appointments.  He has promised to come again and also fulfill the fall appointments.

Learn more about these special and treasured times with our Lord.

And He said to them, "O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! Was it not necessary for the Messiah to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?"

Then beginning with the writings of Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.

Like the men on the road to Emmaus, learn how each of the moedim point to the Messiah!

Like a bride adorning herself for her groom, the moedim have been adorned over the millennia with various traditions and customs that reveal a love of G-d and His ways.

The Hebrew word mesorah (מסורה) means "tradition". These traditions also show humanity's growing and changing understanding of the Scriptures across cultures and generations.

Just as the moedim picture Messiah, the bridegroom, these traditions reveal glimpses of the bride and how she has beautified her special times with the Most High.

King David declared in Psalm 31:15, "My times are in your hand."  Indeed, every minute of every hour of every day is in G-d's hand.  "He is before all things, and in Him, all things hold together." (Colossians 1:17)

This article examines foundational concepts in the Bible to uncover the divine appointments, times, and seasons of the LORD.
