Mesorah
Like a bride adorning herself for her groom, the moedim have been adorned over the millennia with various traditions and customs that reveal a love of G-d and His ways.
The Hebrew word mesorah (מסורה) means "tradition". These traditions also show humanity's growing and changing understanding of the Scriptures across cultures and generations.
Just as the moedim picture Messiah, the bridegroom, these traditions reveal glimpses of the bride and how she has beautified her special times with the Most High.

Pesach is a VERY busy time for women. There is much organizing, cooking, and cleaning! It also can be a time of confusion with so many different halachot. Therefore, it is very important to sit down as a couple (with your spouse) or as a community and determine your family's chalakah concerning Pesach and keep a journal about your discussion and activities.
Four years ago, my husband and I did that very thing. We found that we would forget what was agreed upon if we did not.
One of the significant issues we discussed is "What exactly is leaven?" Scripture uses two different words for "leaven": chametz and seor.
